Mary Rudzinski is a musician/artist based in Chicago
Mary's love of music spills over into many areas. She is a violist who has played with string quartets and symphonies, and presently performs with The Pearl String Quartet. Mary is a public school orchestra teacher (and was named the 2007 Illinois Outstanding Orchestra Teacher by the Association of American String Teachers). She has written about music and has composed/arranged pieces for string orchestra. Mary has earned music degrees from both the University of Illinois and Northwestern University and presently lives in the Chicago area.
Mary started painting violins in 2012. It is the perfect meld of her love of string instruments and her love of painting and drawing.
